At New Connections, we value the unpredictability of life and understand that plans can change. That's why we've designed our cancellation policy with your flexibility in mind. If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to attend one of our events, rest assured that you can request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled date. We believe in making your experience as stress-free as possible.  It's worth noting that while ticket platform fees are non-refundable, they typically amount to just a few pounds. We want to be transparent about this aspect of the refund process to ensure there are no surprises. 

Additionally, if you've already secured your ticket but circumstances prevent you from attending, feel free to pass it on to a friend who would enjoy the evening just as much as you would. Simply inform us in advance so that we can expect your friend and ensure they have an equally fantastic time.
